Who can purchase your bundles?
Our customers can range from friends, family members or colleagues who wish to shower the new or expecting family with love. Purchasing one or more bundles amongst a group of friends or colleagues to gift to the expecting parents or their bundle of joy is a great way to show you care. Our practical, inclusive and importantly, joyful gift bundles can be directly posted to the deserving recipient’s doorstep or alternatively, delivered to you and gifted in person at their baby shower celebration or farewell party prior to maternity/paternity leave.
How much is delivery?
We currently have 3 delivery options:
Standard Shipping Australia wide: $7.95
Express Shipping Australia wide: $12.95
Pick Up: FREE (Local Brisbane customers only)
Where do you deliver?
We deliver our gift bundles via Australia Post, Australia wide. We currently do not offer international shipping but if we receive requests for this, we will definitely endeavour to make this happen!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery however we do allow free pick up within 24-48 hours of placing the order for customers living within Brisbane. Please select this option at check out and the pick-up address will be provided to you on completion of purchase.
When will my order be dispatched?
Bundle of Joy aims to prepare and dispatch bundles within 24-48 hours of receiving the order unless the customer is informed of otherwise by our team.
Can I change the delivery address?
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please email us immediately at thelittlebundleofjoy@outlook.com.au with the subject heading ‘INCORRECT POSTAGE ADDRESS’. We will endeavour to assist you in any way that we can but it is important to note that if the bundle has been dispatched, Bundle of Joy will not be liable for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we generally do not accept returns and our sales are final. If a product is faulty or damaged, please email the team at thelittlebundleofjoy@outlook.com.au with the subject heading ‘DAMAGED PRODUCT’.
How are the bundles packaged?
Bundle of Joy gift bundles are each carefully and lovingly hand packed into our patterned kraft mailer boxes, filled with shredded paper filler. Our featured products are arranged in the box inside our personalised, colourful ‘NoIssue’ illustrated tissue paper sealed with our ‘Heaps Good Packaging’ eco-friendly Bundle of Joy sticker. Finally, our complimentary Bundle of Joy postcard featuring your personalised message to the deserving recipient is handwritten by our team and will rest on top inside the box. Please note: the design pattern and colour of both the tissue paper and postcard vary depending on whether the bundle is being gifted to Mumma, Little One or Papa Bear.
Bundle of Joy is proud to say that our postage packaging is environmentally friendly, featuring ‘Heaps Good Packaging’ compostable, plant-based postage bags and postage stickers.
