Bundle of Joy offers paid Standard and Express shipping within Australia. Our boxes are delivered via Australia Post with a tracking number and signature confirmation. 

Contact us on Instagram or email via thelittlebundleofjoy@outlook.com.au for a quote for international shipping. We would be thrilled to deliver a special box to you. 

Free pick up within Brisbane is welcomed! Please select this option at checkout and the details for collection will be provided to you.

RETURNS POLICY

Bundle of Joy wants you to feel confident in your purchase. That is why we accept returns and offer refunds for bundles paid in full, excluding shipping costs either way. 

To return an item, notify us at thelittlebundleofjoy@outlook.com.au within 7 days of receiving the piece to arrange a return.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return the piece in the condition it was received using a secure postage method with tracking and signature confirmation.

Once we receive the item and confirm the condition, the customer will be issued a refund, less the cost of postage.

Returns are not accepted for pieces bought on layby or for pieces that are resized or altered. These pieces are final sale.
